It begins with bread, butter, cherry tomato jam, and homemade pickles, continues with two salads of your choice — Panzanella, Caesar, mixed greens, or arugula — and then takes you on a journey through four Italian tasting stations:

Verdure – Roasted vegetables, fried artichokes, oven-baked beets, and cauliflower with pistachio pesto.

Dal Mare – Tuna confit salad, sardines, sea fish tartare, and shrimp cocktail.
