For years, we dreamed — of a place we’d love to spend time in, of a different kind of experience, something unique in the valley. Over time, that dream became a clear reality — one we could see, feel, smell, and taste.
Despite the war and the challenges, we took the leap and never looked back.
After three years of thoughts, sketches, plans, challenges, crises, pressure, tastings, refinements, refinements, and more refinements — we opened Mercatino in the summer of 2024: an Italian market-style kitchen in Ramat Yishai.
A place that doesn’t just serve dishes — it creates an atmosphere.
That was our dream, and since the day we opened, thanks to you, we’ve been living that dream every single day.
